Yifei (Rena) Zhu

Hi! I’m Rena, I’m a Post-doctoral Fellow with the Human-centered Intelligent Systems Initiative at the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). I completed my doctoral research in the Mines Interactive Robotics Research Lab at the Colorado School of Mines.

My research interest: exploring human-centered design paradigms within Mixed/Augmented Reality and Human robot interaction (HRI), and understanding what role MR/AR technology can, and should, play in HRI through an interdisciplinary lens.
